Kleiner Feigling comes from Waldemar Behn, a German drinks company from Eckernförde in Schleswig-Holstein. The liqueur came onto the market in 1992.
It is a fig-flavoured liqueur on a vodka base. The brand grew into one of the larger German liqueur brands and is sold in a number of countries.
Feige is German for fig; feige means cowardly. The name plays on both.
