The glass from the brewery around the corner
Davo Bieren is a Deventer brewery that was launched on 1 May 2012 by four people from Deventer. From Bathmen that is the brewery around the corner, and we notice that on the shelf.
We carry three versions of the branded glass: a stemmed beer glass, a stemless beer glass and a sturdy 50-centilitre beer tankard. Which one you choose depends mostly on what you are used to and how much needs to go in.
All three can be ordered individually, and all three are in the shop on the Brink.

- Davo in brief
- 2012The year Davo Bieren was launched.
- DeventerThe town where the brewery is located.
- FourThe number of Deventer residents who started it.
- 50 clThe size of the beer mug.
Davo Bieren was launched on 1 May 2012 by four people from Deventer. The brewery and the taproom are in Deventer, a few kilometres from Bathmen as the crow flies.
That makes Davo a local beer for us in the literal sense. Anyone who comes here for a Davo glass is buying the glass from the brewery down the road.
Which Davo glass do you need?
If you want a glass that stays on a table and looks neat there, the footed beer glass is the usual choice. The glass without a foot is the no-nonsense variant and holds up to 40 centilitres according to the description.
If you are looking for something for outdoors, for a birthday or simply for a bigger pour, the 50 centilitre beer mug is the sturdiest of the three.
