About this bottle
Spiegelau is een glasmaker uit het Beierse Woud, opgericht in 1521 en daarmee een van de oudste glasmakers die nog bestaan. Sinds 2004 hoort het merk, samen met Nachtmann, bij de Oostenrijkse glasgroep Riedel.

Het martiniglas is het klassieke cocktailglas met een kegelvormige kelk op een lange steel. Een martini wordt zonder ijs geschonken, en via de steel blijft de warmte van de hand buiten het glas. De brede, open kelk brengt de geur van gin of wodka direct onder de neus, en de schuine wanden houden een olijf op een prikker op zijn plaats.
