Ingredients

  • 500 millilitres of vanilla ice cream
  • 400 grams of cherries from a jar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cornflour
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

  1. Drain the cherries and collect the juice.
  2. Bring the juice to the boil with the sugar and the cinnamon stick.
  3. Mix the cornflour with a splash of cold water, use it to thicken the juice and let it boil for 1 minute.
  4. Heat the cherries in it for 2 minutes and remove the cinnamon stick.
  5. Scoop the ice cream into coupes and pour the warm cherries over it.
Chocolate trufflesWith coffeeChocolate truffles

Ingredients

  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 150 millilitres whipping cream
  • 20 grams butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Method

  1. Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
  2. Bring the cream just to the boil and pour it over the chocolate.
  3. Leave for 1 minute, stir to a smooth ganache and stir in the butter.
  4. Leave the ganache to set, covered, in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Scoop small portions with a teaspoon, quickly roll them into balls and coat them in the cocoa powder.
  6. Keep cool and take them out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before serving.
With the cheeseFresh ricotta with honey

Ingredients

  • 200 grams fresh ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Spoon the ricotta into a small bowl.
  2. Pour the honey over just before serving.
