A splash, without a whole bottle
Many recipes call for a splash of spirits: kirsch in a fondue, pastis with fish, cognac in a sauce. Buying a whole bottle for so little is a waste, and it then sits waiting for years.
That is what the Flacons de Cuisine are for. Ten centiliters per bottle, with a measuring scale on the side so that you can measure exactly; according to the manufacturer, 1 centiliter is a tablespoon.
The label continues onto the side. This lets you line the bottles up in the cupboard like books and see at a glance which one you are taking.
We have twenty-two flavours in the webshop. They are spread across the categories: the cognac with the cognac, the rum with the rum. These two ended up under other spirits.

Kirschwasser is a clear eau-de-vie made from morello cherries, originally from the Black Forest. The stone is not removed and goes into the process. The strength is usually between 40 and 50 percent. In the kitchen you will come across it in fondue and in pastries such as Black Forest cake.
Pastis is a French aniseed drink made with anise and liquorice, usually 40 to 45 percent. Paul Ricard brought it to market in 1932, about seventeen years after absinthe was banned in France. If you add water, pastis turns cloudy.
Ten centilitres, with measuring marks on the side.
