Sambala was designed as a cocktail rum: sweet and spicy enough to remain recognisable, but not so pronounced that it takes over the rest of the glass.
We have the white and the brown on the shelf. The white goes towards mojito and daiquiri, the brown towards Old Fashioned and Mai Tai.
