What we do not know about this

There is no brand website, the brand does not appear in the trade press, and there is no importer who publicly associates itself with it. Single malt means: whisky from one distillery, made exclusively from malted barley. It says nothing about the country, the age or the quality, and outside Scotland the term is not defined equally strictly everywhere.
Single barrel or single cask means the bottle comes from one cask, without blending with other casks. With releases like this, bottles are often numbered, as here.
Those are two firm designations. Everything beyond that (a distillery, an age, a type of cask) we have not been able to substantiate for this brand, so we do not write it down.
