A brand under licence
Rammstein spirits are released under licence from the German band of that name. They are made and marketed by 1423 World Class Spirits, a Danish drinks company that started with rum in 2008 and is now active in several countries.
The vodka itself is separate from that story. It is distilled in column stills from whole grains from Northern Europe and then cold filtered. The label gives Denmark as country of origin and forty percent as strength.

1423 World Class Spirits began in 2008 as a hobby around rum: the first own bottling followed that same year. It then grew into a drinks company with branches in several countries.
The Rammstein range is one of its licensed lines. The bottles are sold as official merchandise of the band; according to the producer, the band made the selection itself.
