Big Belly Brewing comes from Breda. The brand does not stick to one style: besides stout and porter, its list includes IPA, blond, wit, bock, dubbel, tripel and quadrupel, including beers aged in casks.
Every brewery has its own signature: the yeast it uses, the water it brews with and the choices it makes in malt and hops. Two brewers following the same recipe still make different beer.
