With dessertCitrus fruit sorbet
Ingredients
- 500 millilitres of lemon or orange sorbet
- 2 oranges
- 4 sprigs of mint
Method
- Put the coupes in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Peel the oranges with a knife so that the pith also comes off, and cut the segments out from between the membranes.
- Scoop balls of sorbet into the cold coupes, place the segments alongside and garnish with mint.
With coffeeRoasted walnuts
Ingredients
- 150 grams walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- sea salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- Mix the walnuts with the honey and spread them out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Roast for 8 to 10 minutes until fragrant and lightly coloured, stirring halfway.
- Sprinkle immediately with sea salt and leave to cool until crisp.
With the cheeseGorgonzola dolce
Ingredients
- 160 grams of gorgonzola dolce
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.
