- 150 grams smoked almonds
Method
- Toast the almonds in a dry pan for 2 to 3 minutes so they are crisp and fragrant again.
- Leave them to cool until lukewarm.
- Serve in a small bowl.
With the cheeseComté
Ingredients
- 160 grams Comté
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.
With dessertPeach with almond cream
Ingredients
- 4 perziken
- 100 grams of almond flour
- 60 grams of butter
- 60 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 30 grams of flaked almonds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Halveer de perziken, verwijder de pit en leg ze met de snijkant boven in een ovenschaal.
- Roer de zachte roomboter met de suiker romig en meng het ei en het amandelmeel erdoor.
- Spoon the almond cream into and onto the peach halves and sprinkle the flaked almonds over them.
- Bak 20 tot 25 minuten tot de crème goudbruin en gestold is en serveer lauwwarm.
