Three recipes, one house
Higgledy Piggledy comes from Kalkwijck Distillers in Vroomshoop, in the north of Overijssel. That is the same house that makes the single malt Eastmoor. Where Eastmoor takes care of the malted barley, this is about grain recipes you know more from America.
The Corn is made up of sixty-five percent corn, twenty percent rye and fifteen percent malted barley. The Grain takes equal parts of those same three grains. The Rye goes furthest with eighty percent rye. Three bottles side by side show exactly what the grain does.

Higgledy-piggledy is English for jumbled, any which way. The makers never explain why the series has that name; what the brand does make clear is that it involves three different grain recipes side by side.
Kalkwijck Distillers is in Vroomshoop. It is a small house, and not the one most people think of first when it comes to Dutch whisky. The single malt Eastmoor comes from the same distillery.
Check the label on the Rye. The alcohol percentage differs per batch. We therefore do not state a fixed figure and refer to what is printed on the bottle you are holding.
