Why you'll find Smoke Stack here
There is currently one bottle of Smoke Stack on the shelf. We deliberately keep brands like this. At most shops they are the first to disappear from the range, and that is often where the nicest things are to be discovered.
Would you like to know whether this bottle suits your taste? Call 0570 541 278 or email info@bockje.nl. You will not get a menu of options, but someone who knows the shelf.

What is written here about Smoke Stack comes from the label and from our own stock data: country, type, content and price. What we are not sure of, we do not write down. For small brands and single bottlings there is simply not always a story to be found that is accurate, and an invented year helps nobody.
Whisky from Scotland has to mature there for at least three years in an oak cask before it may call itself Scotch. That is the lower limit; many bottles have been in there years longer.
Would you rather stand there with the bottle in your hand? Come by. We do not pour, but we will honestly tell you what we think of it and what it resembles that you may already know.
What is a blended malt?
A blended malt is a mixture of single malts from different distilleries. It contains no grain whisky. It used to be called a vatted malt; the name blended malt is the officially permitted term. Which distilleries are in it is by no means always disclosed.
