What is needed

For 4 people

Panna cotta with red fruitWith dessertPanna cotta with red fruit

Ingredients

  • 400 millilitres whipping cream
  • 100 millilitres milk
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 3 gelatine leaves
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 250 grams red fruit

Method

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the cream, milk and sugar with the split vanilla pod and its seeds until just below boiling.
  3. Take the pan off the heat, remove the pod and dissolve the squeezed-out gelatine in it.
  4. Divide between four glasses or moulds and leave to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve with the red fruit on top.
With the cheeseFresh ricotta with honey

Ingredients

  • 200 grams fresh ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Spoon the ricotta into a small bowl.
  2. Pour the honey over just before serving.
Goat's cheese with honey on toastStarterGoat's cheese with honey on toast

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 150 grams soft goat's cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 sprigs of thyme

Method

  1. Preheat the oven grill.
  2. Slice the baguette and lightly toast the slices on one side.
  3. Top the untoasted side with goat's cheese and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
  4. Place under the grill for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is soft and lightly coloured.
  5. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.
