Why this works together

Chosen for the beer style (weizen), the country of origin (Germany), the alcohol content (5.4%) and the note of banana in the description. That yeasty aroma stands up to smoked and spiced meat; the lively carbonation makes a fatty sausage feel light again.

Serve at 6 to 8 °C.
