De brouwerij maakt vier bieren die het trappistenlabel dragen: Rochefort 6, 8 en 10, en sinds oktober 2020 de blonde Triple Extra. De cijfers staan voor oplopende sterkte, van 7,5 tot 11,3 procent alcohol.
Een bokaal is een kelkglas op een voet met een brede opening, de klassieke vorm voor zware abdij- en trappistenbieren. De wijde kelk geeft het bier ruimte, zodat de geur goed naar boven komt.
