Muifel is a Dutch brewery. Among others, its bock beers are on our beer shelf; this glass goes with that beer.
A goblet is wide because aroma needs room. As soon as the beer enters the glass, the aromas are released; in a wide glass they get the chance to gather, in a narrow glass they rise straight up and past your nose.
The short stem is there to keep your hand off the bowl. With a bock or another dark beer that you drink over half an hour, that makes a noticeable difference in temperature.
Grease is the enemy of foam
Rinse a beer glass with hot water free of detergent residue, and don't dry it with a towel washed with fabric softener. Grease residue makes the head collapse within a minute. That is the most common reason beer foams differently at home than in the pub.
