Omer is a Belgian blond beer. We have two bottle sizes of it on the shelf.
Blond says something about the colour, not about the strength: a Belgian blond is often at six to seven percent and goes down more easily than that figure suggests. What you taste is usually a light malt sweetness with a fruity, spicy note from the yeast and a dry finish.
That very aroma comes into its own better in a glass with a wide bowl than in a straight glass. The beer gets room, the aromas gather, and you smell them before you drink.
Grease is the enemy of foam
Rinse a beer glass with hot water free of detergent residue, and don't dry it with a towel washed with fabric softener. Grease residue makes the head collapse within a minute. That is the most common reason beer foams differently at home than in the pub.
What to know before you order
The glass is sold per piece. If you would like two or four for home, enter that number in the online shop; for larger quantities, it is best to give us a call.
