Ingredients
- 500 grams of strawberries
- 250 millilitres of whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 4 sprigs of mint
Method
- Rinse the strawberries, drain them and remove the hulls.
- Halve large strawberries and dust them with half of the icing sugar.
- Whip the cream with the rest of the icing sugar to soft peaks.
- Divide the strawberries and whipped cream among small bowls and garnish with a sprig of mint.
With coffeeRoasted walnuts
Ingredients
- 150 grams walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- sea salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- Mix the walnuts with the honey and spread them out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Roast for 8 to 10 minutes until fragrant and lightly coloured, stirring halfway.
- Sprinkle immediately with sea salt and leave to cool until crisp.

Ingredients
- 200 grams fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
- Spoon the ricotta into a small bowl.
- Pour the honey over just before serving.
