Ingredients

  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 100 grams crème fraîche
  • 8 small toasts

Method

  1. Finely chop the dill and stir half of it into the crème fraîche with a little pepper.
  2. Spread the toasts with the crème fraîche.
  3. Top with a piece of smoked salmon and garnish with the rest of the dill.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo ham aan het stuk
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
  • 1 kilo potatoes
  • 400 grams green beans

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Mix the honey with the coarse mustard and brush the ham with it.
  3. Cook the ham in the oven for about 1 hour to a core temperature of 65 °C, basting it once more halfway through.
  4. Kook de aardappelen in 20 minuten en de sperziebonen in 6 tot 8 minuten gaar in water met zout.
  5. Laat de ham 10 minuten rusten, snijd hem in plakken en dien op met de groente en de aardappelen.

  • 160 grams aged Gouda

Method

  1. Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
  2. Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.
