Ingredients

  • 800 grams of chicken thigh fillet
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 800 grams of baby potatoes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Mix the honey, mustard, olive oil and thyme leaves with salt and pepper.
  3. Halve the baby potatoes, put them in an ovenproof dish with the chicken thighs and stir in the honey and mustard mixture.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is cooked and the juices run clear.
  5. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and serve.

Method

  1. Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
  2. Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

  • 8 shrimp croquettes
  • 1 lemon

Method

  1. Heat the frying oil to 175 °C.
  2. Fry the croquettes in small batches for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and hot inside.
  3. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with lemon wedges.
