Pils · Netherlands · 5%
Why this works together
Chosen on the basis of the beer style (pils), the country of origin (the Netherlands) and the alcohol content (5%). Carbonation and a light hop bitterness wash away fat and salt. That is why pils never gets boring alongside fried food.
Serve at 4 to 6 °C.
