  • 2 sheets of tarte flambée dough
  • 200 grams of crème fraîche
  • 150 grams of bacon lardons
  • 2 onions
  • nutmeg

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
  2. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  3. Place the dough on baking paper, spread it with crème fraîche and season with pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Spread the onion and the bacon lardons over the dough.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are crisp and the bacon is cooked.

Method

  2. Bake the spring rolls in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes or deep-fry them for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and hot.
  3. Drain briefly and serve with the sweet and sour sauce.
