Ingredients

  • 600 grams of chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons of green curry paste
  • 400 millilitres of coconut milk
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 250 grams of pandan rice

Method

  1. Cook the pandan rice according to the packet.
  2. Cut the chicken into strips and the pepper into slices, trim the green beans and halve them.
  3. Fry the curry paste in oil for 1 minute, add half the coconut milk and let it simmer briefly.
  4. Add the chicken, the rest of the coconut milk and the green beans and simmer gently for 8 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper and cook for another 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  6. Season with fish sauce and stir in the basil.

  • 160 grams mature cheddar

Method

  1. Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
  2. Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.
Gyoza met sojasausVooraf of bij de borrelGyoza met sojasaus

Ingredients

  • 16 gyoza's
  • 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 eetlepel rijstazijn

Method

  1. Meng de sojasaus met de rijstazijn tot een dipsaus.
  2. Verhit een laagje olie in een koekenpan met deksel en bak de gyoza met de platte kant 2 minuten goudbruin.
  3. Giet een bodempje water in de pan, doe direct de deksel erop en stoom 5 tot 6 minuten tot het water verdampt is.
  4. Bak zonder deksel nog 1 minuut na tot de onderkant weer krokant is en serveer met de dipsaus.
