Ingredients
- 4 perziken
- 100 gram amandelmeel
- 60 grams of butter
- 60 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 30 gram amandelschaafsel
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Halveer de perziken, verwijder de pit en leg ze met de snijkant boven in een ovenschaal.
- Roer de zachte roomboter met de suiker romig en meng het ei en het amandelmeel erdoor.
- Schep de amandelcrème in en op de perzikhelften en strooi het amandelschaafsel erover.
- Bak 20 tot 25 minuten tot de crème goudbruin en gestold is en serveer lauwwarm.

Ingredients
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 150 millilitres whipping cream
- 20 grams butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method
- Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
- Bring the cream just to the boil and pour it over the chocolate.
- Leave for 1 minute, stir to a smooth ganache and stir in the butter.
- Leave the ganache to set, covered, in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop small portions with a teaspoon, quickly roll them into balls and coat them in the cocoa powder.
- Keep cool and take them out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before serving.

Ingredients
- 160 grams of gorgonzola dolce
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Het recept van Disaronno is eeuwenlang in de familie Reina bewaard. Volgens het merk bracht Giovanni Reina de oorspronkelijke melange in de zeventiende eeuw opnieuw tot leven, en begin twintigste eeuw opende zijn nazaat Domenico Reina een kleine werkplaats. Veel later begon Disaronno met modehuizen te werken: vóór Etro kleedden onder meer Versace in 2014 en Roberto Cavalli in 2015 de fles aan.
