- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 grams of olives
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Duvel Collection Limited Edition 2026 giftpack is de geschenkverpakking rond het Duvel-glas van 2026, ontworpen door de Rotterdamse kunstenaar Saïd Kinos. Voor de Duvel Collection vraagt de brouwerij elk jaar een kunstenaar om het Duvel-glas een eigen uitvoering te geven. Kinos werkt met ritme, kleur en fragmenten van letters, en zijn ontwerp knipoogt naar glas-in-lood. Het etiket vermeldt 8,5% vol en een totale inhoud van 132 cl.

De brouwerij begon in 1871 als boerderijbrouwerij van Jan-Léonard Moortgat en Maria De Block. Hun sterke blonde bier heette eerst Victory Ale; later kreeg het de naam Duvel, naar de opmerking dat het ‘een echte duivel’ was. Inmiddels heeft de vierde generatie, met Michel, Bernard en Philippe Moortgat, de leiding. In 1999 ging het bedrijf naar de beurs en heet het sindsdien Duvel Moortgat.
Duvel x Saïd Kinos
Duvel Collection brengt jaarlijks internationale artiesten samen die hun meest creatieve interpretatie geven aan het iconische Duvel-glas. Dit jaar creëerde de Rotterdamse Saïd Kinos een ontwerp dat perfect aansluit bij de energie van Duvel: levendig, gelaagd en vol beweging.

Zijn ontwerp voor het Duvel-glas speelt met ritme, kleur en typografische fragmenten die verwijzen naar de dynamiek van onze tijd. Het werk maakt een knipoog naar glas-in-lood en nodigt daarmee uit om even stil te staan. Net zoals een Duvel vraagt om een moment van rust om bewust van te genieten.
Saïd is gefascineerd door de vluchtigheid van hedendaagse communicatie. Woorden verschuiven van betekenis afhankelijk van context, associatie en tijd. In die vervorming vindt hij een vorm van abstractie die hij vertaalt naar contrastrijke kleurcombinaties, typografie en reconstructies van visuele realiteit.
