- 400 gram kaas in drie of vier soorten
- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 gram olijven
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Leg alles op een plank met de olijven, de noten en een schaaltje mosterd.

- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.

Sibiliana Necoro 3-Pack Giftbox bundelt drie flessen uit de Necoro-lijn van Sibiliana, samen 225 cl Siciliaanse wijn. In de doos zitten een Grillo, een Frappato en een Nero d'Avola: een witte en twee rode wijnen van druiven die van oudsher op het eiland thuishoren. Zo staan drie Siciliaanse rassen naast elkaar, verpakt om cadeau te geven.

Achter Sibiliana staat Cantine Europa, een coöperatie van wijnboeren in het westen van Sicilië. In 2014 richtte die een eigen dochter op, Sibiliana Vini, met een duidelijke opdracht: uit alle wijngaarden van de coöperatie de beste percelen en druiven kiezen en daar afzonderlijke wijnen van maken. De naam komt van een oude kusttoren in Petrosino, het dorp waar het verhaal begint.
