Ingredients
- 400 gram zalm van sushikwaliteit
- 250 gram sushirijst
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 200 gram edamamebonen
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 eetlepels sesamzaad
Method
- Spoel de sushirijst, kook hem volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking en laat hem lauw worden.
- Kook de edamamebonen 3 tot 4 minuten in gezouten water en spoel ze koud af.
- Snijd de zalm in blokjes en meng hem met de helft van de sojasaus.
- Snijd de avocado en de komkommer in plakjes of blokjes.
- Verdeel rijst, zalm, edamame, avocado en komkommer over kommen, besprenkel met de rest van de sojasaus en bestrooi met sesamzaad.

Ingredients
- 160 grams of fresh goat's cheese
Method
- Take the goat's cheese out of the fridge half an hour before serving.
- Slice it with a wet knife.

Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 300 grams of tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Remove the seeds from the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes and mix with salt, pepper and half of the olive oil.
- Tear the basil leaves and stir them into the tomatoes.
- Cut the baguette diagonally into slices and toast them golden brown under the grill or in a griddle pan.
- Rub the warm slices with the halved garlic and drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.
- Spoon the tomatoes on top and serve immediately.
