With the mealPizza margherita
Ingredients
- 4 pizza bases
- 400 grams of tomato passata
- 3 balls of mozzarella
- 1 bunch of basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven as hot as possible, at least 250 °C, with a baking tray inside.
- Season the passata with salt and spread a thin layer on the pizza bases.
- Tear the mozzarella into pieces, spread them over the sauce and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the pizzas for 8 to 10 minutes until the crust is brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Top with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.

Ingredients
- 160 grams of mozzarella di bufala
Method
- Take the mozzarella out of the fridge half an hour before serving.
- Tear it into pieces and serve immediately.
Before the meal or with drinksBruschetta with tomato and basil
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 300 grams of tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Remove the seeds from the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes and mix with salt, pepper and half of the olive oil.
- Tear the basil leaves and stir them into the tomatoes.
- Cut the baguette diagonally into slices and toast them golden brown under the grill or in a griddle pan.
- Rub the warm slices with the halved garlic and drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.
- Spoon the tomatoes on top and serve immediately.
