Why this works together
Chosen by type (liqueur). A liqueur is sweet and is at its best with dessert or with coffee.
What is needed
For 4 people
With dessertApple pie with cinnamon
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 200 grams flour
- 150 grams butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 50 grams raisins
Method
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C and grease a springform tin.
- Knead flour, butter, sugar, egg and a pinch of salt into a smooth dough, line the tin with it and set a quarter aside.
- Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and mix them with the cinnamon and raisins.
- Fill the tin with the apples and lay strips of the reserved dough crosswise over them.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes until the pie is golden brown and the apples are soft.
- Let the pie cool in the tin before cutting.

Method
- Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
- Bring the cream just to the boil and pour it over the chocolate.
- Leave for 1 minute, stir to a smooth ganache and stir in the butter.
- Leave the ganache to set, covered, in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop small portions with a teaspoon, quickly roll them into balls and coat them in the cocoa powder.
- Keep cool and take them out of the fridge a quarter of an hour before serving.
With the cheeseGorgonzola dolce
Ingredients
