What vodka goes with
Vodka is made to have little flavour of its own. That is exactly why it does not get in the way next to food, and can stand next to dishes where a more strongly spiced drink loses out.
Vodka distilled from grain stays dry and tight; vodka distilled from potato feels fuller and creamier. You notice the difference most when you pour it neat and cold.
Because it has little flavour of its own, temperature is half the job. Straight from the freezer it is syrupy and soft; at room temperature the alcohol comes through sharply.

For every bottle of vodka a recommendation of its own
On the page for every bottle of vodka in the shop there is a recommendation of its own: something with the meal or the drinks, a cheese and something for afterwards, with the shopping list and the preparation.
