Why this works together

Chosen by type (whisky) and name (peat or smoke). A smoky whisky calls for dishes with a pronounced character of their own: smoked fish, something from the grill or a robust blue cheese.

  1. Chop the shallot very finely and mix it with the red wine vinegar and freshly ground black pepper.

A cigar with Murray McDavid Glen Elgin Peated Finish

Een rokerige whisky, zo zegt de naam. Deze sigaar hebben wij uitgewerkt naast Ledaig 10 Years Old (Tobermory) Peated, ook een rokerige whisky.

Cigars
Our choice

Why this works together

Also good with this whisky
