What is needed

With foodFalafel with yoghurt and mint
Ingredients
- 300 gram gedroogde kikkererwten, een nacht geweld
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 teaspoons of cumin
- 300 gram Griekse yoghurt
- 1 bunch of mint
- 4 pitabroodjes
- oil for deep-frying
Method
- Laat de geweekte kikkererwten goed uitlekken en dep ze droog.
- Blend them with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin and salt in the food processor into a coarse mixture that holds together.
- Shape into balls and deep-fry them in batches for 3 to 4 minutes at 175 °C until golden brown.
- Hak de munt fijn en roer die met een snuf zout door de Griekse yoghurt.
- Warm de pitabroodjes op en serveer ze met de falafel en de muntyoghurt.

Ingredients
- 160 grams of fresh goat's cheese
Method
- Take the goat's cheese out of the fridge half an hour before serving.
- Slice it with a wet knife.
Before the meal or with drinksBruschetta with tomato and basil
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 300 grams of tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Remove the seeds from the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes and mix with salt, pepper and half of the olive oil.
- Tear the basil leaves and stir them into the tomatoes.
- Cut the baguette diagonally into slices and toast them golden brown under the grill or in a griddle pan.
- Rub the warm slices with the halved garlic and drizzle with the rest of the olive oil.
- Spoon the tomatoes on top and serve immediately.
To serve one glass per person
