What is needed

Main courseChicken thighs with honey and mustard
Ingredients
- 800 grams of chicken thigh fillet
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 800 grams of baby potatoes
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Mix the honey, mustard, olive oil and thyme leaves with salt and pepper.
- Halve the baby potatoes, put them in an ovenproof dish with the chicken thighs and stir in the honey and mustard mixture.
- Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is cooked and the juices run clear.
- Leave to rest for 5 minutes and serve.

Ingredients
- 160 grams aged Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Ingredients
- 8 shrimp croquettes
- 1 lemon
Method
- Heat the frying oil to 175 °C.
- Fry the croquettes in small batches for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and hot inside.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve with lemon wedges.
