- 400 gram kaas in drie of vier soorten
- 200 gram droge worst
- 100 grams of olives
- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

De Stadshaven Discovery Geschenkverpakking is een geschenkdoos met vier bieren van Stadshaven Brouwerij uit Rotterdam en een glas van 25 cl. In de doos zitten een Octopus Blond, een Great White, een Moray IPA en een Piranha Tripel. Zo krijgt de ontvanger in één keer een doorsnede van het vaste assortiment, van blond tot tripel, met het glas er meteen bij.

Stadshaven brouwt op een installatie met een capaciteit van ongeveer twee miljoen liter per jaar en is daarmee de op een na grootste onafhankelijke brouwerij van Nederland. Het bier gaat in flessen, in blik en in vaten de deur uit. De brouwerij is sinds 2021 gevestigd in een gerestaureerde fruitloods in de Rotterdamse haven.
