- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Leg alles op een plank met de olijven, de noten en een schaaltje mosterd.

De abdij ligt in Berkel-Enschot in Noord-Brabant. Sinds 1884 wordt er eigen trappistenbier gebrouwen. Dat gebeurt binnen de muren van de abdij en onder toezicht van een monnik, met water uit een eigen bron en uitsluitend natuurlijke ingrediënten. La Trappe is de naam waaronder de abdij haar bieren op de markt brengt.
