What tequila goes with
Tequila is distilled from the blue agave from Mexico. Blanco goes into the bottle like that, reposado spends months on wood and anejo years.
Blanco keeps the agave itself: peppery, vegetal, with citrus. That is the tequila for a margarita and for dishes with lime and chili.
Reposado and añejo pick up vanilla and caramel from the cask and come closer to what whisky does. Pour these neat, in a small glass.

- Neat or mixed
