Why this works together
Gekozen op de bierstijl (pils) en het alcoholpercentage (5,2%). Koolzuur en een lichte hopbitterheid spoelen vet en zout weg. Dat is waarom pils naast gefrituurd eten nooit gaat vervelen.

Ingredients
- 4 pizza bases
- 400 grams of tomato passata
- 3 balls of mozzarella
- 1 bunch of basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven as hot as possible, at least 250 °C, with a baking tray inside.
- Season the passata with salt and spread a thin layer on the pizza bases.
- Tear the mozzarella into pieces, spread them over the sauce and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the pizzas for 8 to 10 minutes until the crust is brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Top with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.

- 160 grams of Emmental
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Ingredients
- 4 pretzels
- 4 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Sprinkle the pretzels with a little water and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until crisp and warm.
- Serve with the mustard in a small bowl.
