Why this works together

Chosen on beer style (weizen), country of origin (Germany), alcohol percentage (5.5%) and the citrus note in the description. That yeasty aroma sits well alongside smoked and spiced meat; the full carbonation makes a fatty sausage feel light again.

Serve at 6 to 8 °C.

  3. Coat them in turn in the flour, the beaten eggs and the breadcrumbs, without pressing the breadcrumbs on.
