A Scottish rye whisky
RyeLaw is one of the few Scotch whiskies in which rye plays the leading role: fifty-three percent malted rye against forty-seven percent malted barley. You will hardly find that anywhere else in Scotland.
We also have KinGlassie, the first single malt of the house. If you are not sure which one you need, give us a call. That is what we are here for.

InchDairnie is in Fife, not far from Glenrothes, and was opened in 2015 by Ian Palmer. The distillery was built from the ground up to experiment with grain types and processes.
The most striking choice is the mash filter: where nearly every Scottish distillery works with a mash tun, InchDairnie uses a filter press. That lets the distillery also work with grains that clog up a regular tun, such as rye.
RyeLaw is the result: fifty-three percent malted rye and forty-seven percent malted barley, distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2022 from two hundred casks. KinGlassie is the house's first single malt. Since 1 May 2025 InchDairnie continues together with MacDuff International under the name InchDairnie Whisky Limited.
A filter press instead of a mash tun, and with it rye in Scotland.
