Ingredients

  • 300 gram rode linzen
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20 grams of fresh ginger
  • 2 eetlepels kerriepoeder
  • 400 millilitres of coconut milk
  • 400 grams of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 250 grams of rice

Method

  1. Fruit de gesnipperde ui, knoflook en geraspte gember 3 minuten in olie.
  2. Roer het kerriepoeder erdoor en bak 1 minuut mee.
  3. Voeg de gespoelde linzen, kokosmelk en tomatenblokjes toe en laat 20 tot 25 minuten zachtjes koken tot de linzen zacht zijn.
  4. Kook intussen de rijst volgens de verpakking.
  5. Season the curry with salt, dilute with water if needed and serve with rice and chopped coriander.

  • 200 grams fresh ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Spoon the ricotta into a small bowl.
  2. Pour the honey over just before serving.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 100 grams crème fraîche
  • 8 small toasts

Method

  1. Finely chop the dill and stir half of it into the crème fraîche with a little pepper.
  2. Spread the toasts with the crème fraîche.
  3. Top with a piece of smoked salmon and garnish with the rest of the dill.
