Why this works together
Chosen for the colour (red wine), the flavour profile from our online shop (robust & intense), the grape (pinot noir), the country of origin (France), the alcohol percentage (13%) and the notes of strawberry and cinnamon in the description. Pinot noir has little tannin and plenty of aroma; that is why it goes well alongside poultry, duck and mushrooms.
Serve at 16 to 18 °C.
