Ingredients

  • 16 langoustines
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • sea salt

Method

  1. Halveer de langoustines in de lengte en verwijder het darmkanaal.
  2. Meng de olijfolie met fijngehakte knoflook, gehakte peterselie en wat geraspte citroenschil.
  3. Bestrijk de snijkant van de langoustines met de olie en bestrooi met zeezout.
  4. Gril ze 2 tot 3 minuten met de snijkant naar beneden op een hete grill of grillpan, tot het vlees net wit is.
  5. Dien direct op met partjes citroen.

Method

  1. Chill the melon and take the ham out of the fridge 20 minutes before serving.
  2. Halve the melon, remove the seeds and cut it into wedges without the rind.
  3. Arrange the wedges on a platter and drape the slices of ham over or beside them.
