Main courseGrilled entrecôte
Ingredients
- 4 entrecôtes of 200 grams
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 kilo potatoes
- 1 bunch of parsley
- coarse sea salt and pepper
Method
- Take the entrecôtes out of the fridge half an hour before grilling and brush them with olive oil and chopped rosemary.
- Parboil the potatoes for 15 minutes, cut them into wedges and roast them with oil for 25 minutes in an oven at 200 °C.
- Grill the entrecôtes on a very hot grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side for a pink centre.
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes under aluminium foil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with chopped parsley and serve with the meat.

Ingredients
- 160 grams of gorgonzola dolce
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Haal de ham 20 minuten voor het opdienen uit de koelkast.
- Haal de plakken voorzichtig van elkaar en leg ze losjes gevouwen op een plank of bord.
- Dien op kamertemperatuur op.
