Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.

- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.

De maker is Brouwerij Van Steenberge, een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat zich beroept op zes generaties brouwers. Fourchette ontstond uit een samenwerking tussen die brouwers en topkoks. De naam, Frans voor vork, en het vorklogo op het etiket verwijzen naar die band tussen bier en keuken.
Fourchette werd geboren uit het beste van twee werelden: de geraffineerde, verfijnde smaak van topchefs en de kennis en de passie van 6 generaties meesterbrouwers. De naam en het vork-logo geven de duidelijke link tussen het bier en de gastronomie weer. Fourchette is een gastronomisch speciaalbier: een blonde volmondige meergranentripel. Gebrouwen met fijne mouten, edele hopsoorten en unieke gist. Hooggegist met natuurlijke lagering en nagisting.
