Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Chimay Trilogie + bokaal Giftpack bundelt de drie bekendste trappistenbieren van Chimay in één geschenkverpakking, samen met een bokaal van de brouwerij. Het gaat om Chimay Rood, Chimay Tripel en Chimay Blauw, die op de grote flessen Première, Cinq Cents en Grande Réserve heten. Alle drie worden gebrouwen bij de abdij van Scourmont. Het etiket vermeldt België als herkomst en een totale inhoud van 99 cl.

The abbey of Notre-Dame de Scourmont lies in the Belgian province of Hainaut, close to the town of Chimay. Seventeen Cistercian monks from Westvleteren founded it on 25 July 1850; by 1862 the brewery was ready. After the Second World War, when the German occupier had taken away the copper kettles, brewing professor Jean De Clerck helped the monks get going again. Bottling takes place at a separate site, about ten kilometres away.
