- 1 baguette
- 100 gram noten
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

- 12 bitterballen
- mustard
Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

The Busker wordt gemaakt in de Royal Oak Distillery in het graafschap Carlow. Daar liep in 2016 op Paaszondag de eerste spirit uit de ketels, precies honderd jaar na de Paasopstand in Dublin. Het merk The Busker kwam in september 2020 op de markt.
