Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- 160 grams of matured Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

Stadsbrouwerij Vos staat aan de Havenstraat in Elburg, aan de stadsgracht vlak bij de Vischpoort in het historische centrum van het Gelderse vestingstadje. Het pand kent een lange ambachtelijke geschiedenis: in de negentiende eeuw zat er al een brouwerij, later een mandenmakerij en daarna een palingrokerij. Het brouwwater is bronwater van de Veluwe.
