Ingredients
- 2 sheets of tarte flambée dough
- 200 grams of crème fraîche
- 150 grams of bacon lardons
- 2 onions
- nutmeg
Method
- Preheat the oven to 230 °C.
- Slice the onions into thin rings.
- Place the dough on baking paper, spread it with crème fraîche and season with pepper and nutmeg.
- Spread the onion and the bacon lardons over the dough.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are crisp and the bacon is cooked.
With the cheeseYoung Gouda
Ingredients
- 160 grams young Gouda
Method
- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of tortilla chips
- 2 avocados
- 1 lime
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
Method
- Cut the red onion and the tomato into small cubes.
- Mash the flesh of the avocados with the juice of the lime and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the onion and the tomato and season with pepper.
- Serve the guacamole straight away in a bowl with the tortilla chips alongside.
