- 1 baguette

- 2 tablespoons of mustard
Method
- Haal de kaas en de worst een half uur van tevoren uit de koelkast.
- Snijd de kaas in plakken of blokjes, de worst in dunne plakjes en het stokbrood in schijven.
- Put everything on a board with the olives, the nuts and a small bowl of mustard.

- Take the cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving; that brings out the flavour best.
- Only cut or break the cheese just before serving.

Method
- Heat the frying oil to 180 °C.
- Fry the bitterballen for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot all the way through.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately with mustard.

About this bottle
Budels Capucijn Gift Pack 6-bottles contains six 30 cl bottles from the Budelse Brouwerij: two Capucijn Blond, two Capucijn Dubbel and two Capucijn Tripel. Blond and Tripel are brewed organically. The abbey beers are named after the French Capuchins, who had a monastery in Budel between 1882 and 1891.

De Budelse Brouwerij is in Budel, in the south of Noord-Brabant close to the Belgian border. The brewing water is soft water from its own spring. Gerardus Arts started the brewery in 1870 under the name De Hoop; the anchor from that old logo is still in the brand mark. The fourth generation of the Arts family now runs the company, which in 1999 was the first in the Netherlands to launch a fully organic beer and has been a royal warrant holder since 2020.
